Delete your DramaSip account

You can do this from the app in three taps, or use the form below. Either way it is permanent.

From inside the app

Menu → Settings → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and the deletion happens immediately. This works for guest accounts too.

What gets deleted

· Your account, email address and profile, including onboarding answers
· Watch history, progress, likes and your list
· Genre preferences and recommendations data
· Episodes you unlocked with coins
· Any unused coins (these are forfeited)
· The link between your device and your account for push notifications

What we have to keep

· Transaction records, for up to 7 years — tax and accounting law requires it
· Crash reports and analytics events until they age out (90 days and 12 months)
· Records needed to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute
· Your Apple, Google or email login itself, if another app of ours still uses it — everything belonging to DramaSip is still removed

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — Apple and Google control that billing, not us. Cancel in Settings → Subscriptions on iOS or Play Store → Subscriptions on Android before you delete. Full detail in our subscription terms.
