1. Accepting these terms
DramaSip (“DramaSip”, “we”, “us”) is operated by DramaSip Media Ltd., 1 Example Street, Dublin, D01 XXXX, Ireland. By downloading the app, creating an account, or using our website at https://dramasip.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Additional terms apply to specific features and form part of this agreement: our Subscription Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Content Guidelines and our Privacy Policy.
2. Who can use DramaSip
You must be at least 13 years old to use DramaSip, and at least 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if it is higher. Some content is rated for mature audiences and is restricted to users aged 18 and over.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf. See our Child Safety Standards for more.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
- Accounts are personal. You may not sell, rent, or share access to your account with anyone else.
- Tell us promptly at support@dramasip.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You can delete your account at any time from the app, or by using our account deletion form.
4. Your licence to use the service
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use DramaSip on devices you own or control, and to stream content for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.
You may not:
- download, record, screen-capture, rip, copy, redistribute, resell or publicly perform any content, except where we expressly provide a feature to do so;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with any digital rights management, geographic restriction, paywall, rate limit or other security feature;
- scrape, crawl, index or otherwise systematically extract data from the service, or use our content to train a machine learning model;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app;
- use the service in a way that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Our content
All series, episodes, artwork, trailers, logos, text and software available through DramaSip are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Our catalogue changes. Titles may be added, edited or removed at any time, including for licensing reasons, and we do not guarantee that any particular series will remain available for any period of time.
Content is fiction. Any resemblance between characters or events and real persons or events is coincidental unless expressly stated.
6. Content you submit
Where the service lets you post comments, reviews, reactions or other material (“User Content”), you keep ownership of it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute that User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.
You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the rights to post it. We may remove User Content that breaches our Content Guidelines or applicable law, and we may suspend accounts that do so repeatedly.
7. Subscriptions, coins and payments
DramaSip is free to start. Some episodes and features require DramaSip Premium or in-app coins. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms, and are subject to their refund policies.

8. Availability and changes
We work to keep DramaSip available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the service, without liability to you. Where a change is material and adverse to you, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Where the breach is capable of being fixed and the circumstances allow, we will tell you what the problem is first.
If we terminate your account without cause while you hold an active paid subscription, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of your country. Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) USD 50.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DramaSip Media Ltd. and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the service.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, except that if you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection laws that apply there.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@dramasip.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
14. App store terms
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these terms are between you and us, not Apple; that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; that Apple is not responsible for any product warranty or third-party claims relating to the app; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms with the right to enforce them. Equivalent terms apply to Google in respect of Google Play.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, unless the change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
16. General
- These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between us.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable part is replaced with the closest enforceable equivalent.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- You may not assign these terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
