This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone using DramaSip, on any platform.
1. Don't steal the content
- No recording, screen-capturing, ripping, mirroring or re-uploading of episodes, in whole or in part, beyond the share features we provide.
- No circumventing DRM, geo-restrictions, paywalls, coin limits or watermarking.
- No public performance or commercial exhibition of our content.
- No using our content or metadata to train machine learning models, and no automated extraction of our catalogue.
2. Don't make it unpleasant for other people
- No harassment, threats, stalking, or targeted abuse.
- No hate speech or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
- No doxxing — never post someone's personal information.
- No impersonation of another person, a performer, or DramaSip staff.
- No spam, referral schemes, or unsolicited promotion.
Sexual content, graphic violence and content involving minors are covered by our Content Guidelines and Child Safety Standards.
3. Don't attack the platform
- No scraping, crawling, or automated access outside a documented API we have given you access to.
- No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems without written permission — but see the disclosure section below.
- No denial-of-service attempts, traffic floods, or deliberately overloading our infrastructure.
- No malware, no injecting code into the app or its network traffic, no modified clients.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the app except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
4. Don't game the economy
- No exploiting bugs to obtain coins, unlocks, trials or Premium access you have not paid for. Tell us instead.
- No creating multiple accounts to farm free trials, referral rewards or daily unlocks.
- No buying, selling, or transferring accounts, coins or entitlements.
- No fraudulent chargebacks or payment fraud.
5. Responsible security disclosure
If you find a security vulnerability, we want to hear about it. Email legal@dramasip.com with “SECURITY” in the subject. Give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing publicly, do not access or modify data belonging to other users, and do not degrade the service while testing. We will not pursue action against researchers who follow these rules.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity and history, we may:
- remove the content and warn you;
- restrict features such as commenting;
- suspend the account temporarily;
- terminate the account permanently and block re-registration;
- report the conduct to law enforcement where it is criminal.
Serious breaches — CSAE, credible threats of violence, large-scale piracy, attacks on our infrastructure — result in immediate permanent termination without warning.
7. Appeals
Email support@dramasip.com within 30 days of an enforcement decision. Someone not involved in the original decision will review it, and we will tell you the outcome.
